Terms of Service

By accessing or using brandKits.ai at brandkits.ai, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

brandKits.ai is operated by [brandKits.ai Inc. / TBD entity]. “brandKits.ai”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the platform and its operators.

Generate brand identities. You can use brandKits.ai to create brand identity systems for your sports teams, clubs, or organizations. The content you generate belongs to you.

Export and use your brand. You may use exported files — logos, colors, guidelines, and mockups — for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including printing jerseys, merchandise, and signage.

Share your brand. You may share your brand guidelines and exported files with coaches, vendors, sponsors, and team members.

You may not use brandKits.ai to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property — including exact replicas of existing professional sports team logos or protected marks.

You may not resell access to brandKits.ai itself, scrape our platform, or use our APIs in unauthorized ways. Reselling brand kits to clients is permitted on the Dealer plan.

You may not use brandKits.ai for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other users or the platform.

You own the brand identities, logos, and other content you create using brandKits.ai. We don’t claim ownership of your output.

You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service. We don’t use your content to train AI models for third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, images, or names you upload to brandKits.ai.

Logos, text, and other content generated by AI may not always be unique or perfect. We recommend reviewing all generated content before production use. While we strive for quality, we can’t guarantee that AI-generated logos don’t resemble existing marks.

You are responsible for clearing trademark and intellectual property considerations before using generated content commercially.

The Team plan is a one-time purchase. The League plan is billed annually. The Dealer plan is billed monthly. All prices are listed at brandkits.ai/pricing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@brandkits.ai within 30 days.

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee 100% uptime. AI generation depends on third-party providers (Replicate, Anthropic) and may occasionally be slower or unavailable due to factors outside our control.

brandKits.ai is provided “as is”. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We’ll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions? hello@brandkits.ai
