Privacy Policy

brandKits.ai (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates brandkits.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We keep it plain English.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. We do not collect passwords (authentication is handled via magic link or OAuth).

Brand data. The team names, colors, descriptions, and uploaded logos you provide to generate brand kits. This data is used solely to power the generation and is associated with your account.

Usage data. Pages visited, features used, and timing data — collected anonymously to understand how the product is being used and to improve it.

Payment data. Processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full billing details on our servers.

To provide and improve the brandKits.ai service, including brand generation, storage, and export.

To send transactional emails — confirmation of account creation, export notifications, and billing receipts.

To send product update emails if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your brand data to train AI models for third parties.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase— Database and authentication
• Stripe— Payment processing
• Replicate— AI image generation (logos)
• Anthropic— AI text generation (brand voice, descriptions)
• Vercel— Hosting and CDN

Your account and brand data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days from our live systems and within 90 days from backups.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can do most of this from your dashboard settings. For anything else, email hello@brandkits.ai.

We use a minimal set of cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and an analytics cookie (anonymous). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We’ll notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
